Here is Beyonce' making another apprearance at TRL for her song "Listen". To be quite honest-- she looks like really silly in this dress. Wasn't Bee the one that said that she wishes sometimes her hips would go away?--Now in this dress, it looks like she is throwing a celebration for them--lol
